About the Item

The award-winning ARV chair draws on the classic virtues of Danish Modern design with timeless qualities, yet it has the spirit of a new generation. The conceptual design feature is a "branch" formation that organically connect the different parts - like branches growing from a tree trunk. Head chef and founder of the world-renowned Noma, René Redzepi, enlisted David Thulstrup to design a home for Noma, along with a series of furniture pieces. David collaborated with Brdr. Krüger to create a furniture collection that complements the spirit of the space. Oiled Oak, Natural Papercord Weaved Seat, Weaved Back Designer David Thulstrup David Thulstrup is an architect and designer with a refined yet diverse approach to interiors and architecture intertwining classic aesthetics with a modern design language. He is the founder and creative director of Studio David Thulstrup in Copenhagen. David won international acclaim and multiple awards for the interiors of the two Michelin-starred Noma restaurant in Copenhagen.
