Set 4 vintage French carved oak ladder back dining chair leather seat brass trim.
Direct from France, a lovely set of 4 vintage/antique French chairs with stunning silhouettes.
Carved upper stiles, with carved serpentine and scrolled, wide shaped panels having large medallion center. Lower, small horizontal splat similarly scrolled and carved.
Brown covered chair seats, having rolled edges, and covered seat rail with brass tack trim on all sides.
Thick, heavily turned legs, front stretchers and cross-stretchers.
Heavy and sturdy, circa1930.
Measurements:
42.25”ht. x 19” x 19”. 19” seat ht.
Note: All of our antiques are direct from Europe.
Condition:
Good condition for their age, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches and imperfections, including age and cracking to the leather seat coverings. Included multiple photos should be considered as an integral part of the description.
