About the Item

Set of 2 original highback dining chairs designed by Hans Vollmer and manufactured by Prag-Rudniker Korbfabrikation in 1902, Vienna Lit. 1902 DAS INTERIEUR III Hauptteil Seite 181 A beautiful example of geometrical Vienna Secession, four-legged tinted oak-wood structure, original cane wickerwork, with attached original factory plaque. Museum quality original condition. All parts are original except for the screws found on the bottom side of the seats. These screws are a later addition. The structure is without any defects, wooden and cane parts are in a very good condition, with original age related patina and small wear marks.
