About

Four beautiful curva ("curved") chairs by Joaquim Tenreiro. These elegant chairs show all the characteristics that Tenreiro's work is famous for; the use of beautiful Brazilian wood, balanced lining and shaping and execution with the greatest attention to detail.

Each chair has a D-shaped cane seat and a curved back with 16 thin spindles. They are light in structure and weight and as beautiful in real life as on the pictures.

Living in a society where perfect execution is not everybody's primary concern, you can feel the amount of love, sweat and headaches that went into producing these chairs.
