Set of Four S3 Chairs by Alfred Hendrickx, Belgium, 1950s
About the Item
This amazing set of Alfred Hendrickx S3 dining chairs were designed for Belform in 1958. Almost no straight lines are visible in these chairs and that makes for an interesting play between object and background, especially thanks to the dark black color. A hard to find set in very good condition.

- Condition:Reupholstered. Wear consistent with age and use. Near perfect condition The backrest of 1 chair comes out a little lower than the other 3 backs (2cm). The leatherette of that chair has a slightly different pattern (see photo’s).
