About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely fully sprung vintage midcentury Kilim upholstered sofa. It is fully sprung, what that means is the arms, back, seat base even the front edge of the seat platform all have springs, it is exceptionally comfortable. The upholstery is the original Kilim, its screams late 1960s early 1970s cool, Kilim chairs go back to the early Victorian era and are highly collectable In terms of the condition it is in good period order, there is nothing to note other than normal patina Dimensions: Height 73.5cm seat height 47cm Width 195cm Depth 96.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
