About the Item

Super charming 1940s lounge chair in the style of Mogens Lassen with very sculptural organic shape and harmonious proportions. Versatile and very suitable for a smaller space needing a stronger statement. It is raised on stained beech legs and a beech frame. The coil springs in the seat and the padding remain firm. The red wool fabric, added later, shows signs of wear and needs replacement. Overall very good condition. This is offered as a single chair but a pair is available. We do offer upholstery services for this chair at very competitive prices and can reupholster in lambswool or shearling. The chair is very suitable for being reupholstered in shearling.
