The chairs have a high backrest with ergonomic vertical slats and a comfortable seat. Niels Koefoed was a Danish furniture designer and owner of the Koefoeds Hornslet factory. Named after the city in which it was located. The furniture factory was founded by Niels father, Einar Koefoed in the 1920s. The city of Hornslet boasted three furniture makers at the end of the 20th century, each specialized in different areas of the design industry: upscale furniture, upholstery and cabinets. Koefoeds Hornslet was involved in the production of the first - elegant furniture.
