Beautiful mid-late 19th century Rococo Revival / Victorian laminated walnut (Possibly rosewood) scroll pattern parlor side chair attributed to John H. Belter. Item features a serpentine laminated back, full reticulated scrolls, carved florals, serpentine front rail, cabriole legs, very elegant and attractive form. Great for use as a desk or accent chair.
