About the Item
There are two states of condition for upholstered goods. Perfect and needs re done. This one needs to be restored. Hoping to pass the upholstery savings on to client. This way the couch gets restored in your or their taste without the cost of previous restoration . As is where is estate condition needs reupholstering / restoration including new cushions. Part of my warehouse clean out sale.
