Modern Italian Metal, Wood and Polypropylene Stool from Bontempi Casa Collection
About the Item
Designed by Studio E-ggs, Polo barstool is characterised by solid and welcoming shapes, fluid lines which recall 50s' design, and it is part of a collection of seats in full Bontempi Casa style. This is is a low barstool with a metal frame, a back in polypropylene and a seat in veneer wood. The frame is in Black lacquered metal, which is obtained folding and manufacturing the raw material to acquire the desired design. It is then painted with electrostatic epoxy powder for better adherence. The powder, when baked in the oven, blends with the steel, ensuring durability over time. The back is in Black polypropylene. Bontempi Casa polypropylene is a high-performance plastic, resistant to chemical agents and temperature changes. Being waterproof makes it suitable for residential and contract use. A fully recyclable material to produce functional chairs with limited environmental impact. While the seat is in Walnut veneer wood, which is made of MDF covered with real wood. This is glued to the MDF support with polyurethane resins and finally treated with a protective layer of transparent acrylic paint. The Bontempi Collection is 100% Made in Italy. Bontempi Casa is located in Camerano a village nested on the Adriatic Seaside.
