About the Item

This stunning pair of Mid-Century Modern stools were realized in the United States circa 1970. They feature a rounded rectangular back that extends to the floor with a volumetric cylindrical form nestled in the inside of the curve. With its austere geometric silhouette and clean modernist lines, these stools/ chairs would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. While they represent perfectly functional seating, they are also beautiful design pieces that could be presented as stand alone objects in a modernist interior. They have been newly reupholstered in a luxurious slate mohair and restored to mint condition. American, circa 1970 Dimensions: 18.5"D X 17"W X 26.5"H.
