Danish Vintage Arne Vodder Teak Double Bookcase for Sibast, 1960s

About the Item

A set of two identical bookcases designed by Arne Vodder and executed by Sibast, Denmark. Our version is made in teak and has been completely refinished. The bookcases have always been used stacked-up configuration, but they can also stand alongside each other. In total we have 4 available, in this listing we have two wide, double shelving units; the narrower bookcases are listed separately. Condition: Good vintage. Surfaces have been refinished, however still some signs of use and age are present. Some minor repairs have been performed. Origination: Denmark, 1960s. Marked by producer. Dimensions of each cabinet: Height 110 cm Depth 35 cm Width 150 cm Price per piece, two in stock.

    Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Surfaces have been re-finished by a professional. In the process small surface repairs have been performed: since these have always been installed on top of each other, the screw holes attaching the bookcases have been filled.
