An English painted Chinoiserie waterfall bookcase from the late 19th century. Attracting our eyes with its soft yellow painted color adorned with Chinoiserie landscape motifs, this waterfall bookcase features open shelves of increasing sizes sitting above two doors that open to reveal a convenient storage space. The lower section conceals a narrow drawer and is resting on four French feet connected to one another through a scalloped apron in the front.
