A reinterpretation of the classic book shelves of the 60s, with a pinch of Art Dèco. The product brilliantly summarises the style of its designer, always looking for elegant and timeless shapes, minimal and feminine. It is a modular object, therefore it can be customised in height and shelves quantity. Versatile, it can easily fit inside both domestic and contract environments. Mingardo Ilario founded Mingardo Blacksmith Workshop in 1970, after over twenty years’ experience in the metal processing field. The production was initially focused on simple blacksmith works for the construction industry. Over the time, it has become more refined, enabling the company to collaborate with internationally renowned companies and architects: from the first collaborations with architect Carlo Scarpa to the more recent commissions for Museo del Novecento in Milan, Parco della Musica in Florence, and Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari. Over the years, the Workshop has achieved great results, with the production of unique metal products, all hand-wrought by a highly skilled team of specialized artisans. Nowadays, it is highly regarded in the local artisan field for its high-end refined finishing touches and details, and for its know-how.
