Period George III Secretary Bookcase of Mahogany


An 18th century George III period mahogany secretary bookcase, with glass paned doors above which open to reveal three (3) adjustable shelves within, below, the fall front bureau opens to display a fitted interior with a red leather writing surface trimmed in gold and with various drawers and pigeon holes. Below this is an assortment of six drawers (two short over three long). The piece stands on bracket feet with good original finish. Depth when opened: 33 and three fourths inches.
