Antique George III Writing Cabinet Mahogany Oak Marble Leather Brass England

About the Item

This charming writing and reading cabinet is made out of mahogany and oak. The top is covered by a warm yellow marble board fixated by an undulated mahogany frame. Two sliding doors reveal a drawer, storage space and a shelf for documents and letters. An extendable writing board covered with green gold embossed leather is build in below the drawer. Drawer and writing board pullout / pull-out with small brass buttons. This graceful piece of furniture features four elegantly curved legs terminating in claw and ball feet.
