The front is beautifully decorated with raised gold and polychrome lacquer depicting Chinese landscapes and having a rectangular fall front, opening on a cantilever system to reveal a mirrored back and fitted interior for cocktail Shaker bottles, glasses etc. The lower doors open to reveal a drawer and shelving, with polychrome lacquer detail to the sides and Art Deco inspired bakelite handles, English, circa 1930 in the chinoiserie taste.
