Painted 18th Century Scandinavian Corner Cupboard
About the Item
18th century Scandinavian pine painted corner cupboard.
Discovered in a farm house near the village of Kong just South of Copenhagen this late 18th century Danish corner cupboard with its split round pilasters and bowed doors is a gem. Its diminutive size is unusual standing only 71 inches high to the top of the original crown and 27" across the front. The date 1800 was carved into the wood with the initials MD.
You need 20" from the corner of the wall in either direction to fit this cupboard in your room.
