Large Freestanding Functionalist Desk, Jiri Kroha, 1930s

About the Item

This unusually large freestanding functionalist desk was made in the 1930s in the former Czechoslovakia. Designed by Jiri Kroha (1893-1974), attributed. J. Kroha worked as an architect, designer, sculptor and painter. Execution in the early 1930s for a Prague villa. Oak veneer in the top, completely restored.
