George Nelson Steel frame case dressers and desk set.

About the Item

Designed by George Nelson for Herman Miller in the early 1950s, this hard to find set of matching dresser, cabinet and desk exemplify Nelson's minimalist brand of modernism. Utilitarian steel case frame accepts walnut faced drawers and painted doors readily while allowing the exposed frame to take on an architectural role. Set is in good vintage condition with age typical wear to the paint on the steel frames and light marking to tops. . All pieces have a Herman Miller label and the dresser has a GN/HM medallion. A rare matching set ideal for collectors. Dimensions: Dresser 33 1/2" long x 18 1/2" deep x 29 1/2" high Cabinet 33 1/2" long x 18 1/2" deep x 29 1/2" high Desk 42" long x 18 1/2" deep x 29 1/2" high
