About the Item
We are delighted to offer this lovely small R.E.H Kennedy made, Harrods London retailed military campaign bureau desk in mahogany with brass fittings
A good looking and well made piece. This is ideally suited as a work station for a compact area. It has a lovely drop flap front which doubles as a writing surface which has been upholstered in gold leaf tooled green leather
This was made by Kennedy who specialise in military campaign furniture and retail through Harrods as mentioned. Kennedy were Harrods oldest concession, they retailed with them for over 87 years
Condition wise, we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, it will have normal age and use related patina marks, there are also some marks to the top
