Limited edition release with metal tag indicating 2/99
"Part of a series of striking pieces designed by Adolfo Natalini, this secretary desk was entirely made in cherrywood with a dark finishing. The collapsible desk hides an ample shelved space, while the bottom consists of four storage or display areas resting on a plinth base. The uniqueness of this piece is in the two slender legs, which support the desk when opened, and connects with the rest of the structure with two exquisite bronze sculptures representing two hands holding on a stick." Comes with working lock and key. Hand sculptures reminiscent of the works of Andre Arbus. Desk measures 47" H x 33" W x 23" D. 31.5" Deep with drop front down. Drop front writing surface approx 30.5" H. The current production version of this desk retails for $18,320.
