  • Near Pair of Ebonized Oak & Brass Art Deco Magazine Stand Carts Ernst Rockhausen
    By Ernst Rockhausen
    Located in Lisse, NL
Early 20th century, modernist magazine stands. These highly practical and very-pleasing-to-the-eye magazine stands are by Ernst Rockhausen (since 1866) and the lower one has the circular and colored Art Deco metal nameplate on the back (image 6&7). Because of the timeless design these ebonized oak & brass stands can be used in all kinds of interiors and for all kinds of purposes. The different layers make them very functional and these are truly high quality, durable and low maintenance 'interior upgrades'. We have sold two pieces by Ernst Rockhausen before and his rare designs never fail to impress. To find this pair in such an amazing condition in an estate in The Hague more than made our day. Now here they are, ready for you to use and enjoy. Mind you, our price for these modernist racks...
