A Chinese art deco kang (low) cabinet or sideboard from the Hebei Province 1910-1920. Chinese Qing dynasty low sideboard, also known as a kang (low) cabinet, with black lacquer. Front with 9 drawers, a door on each side, and a pair of doors in the middle with a removable center stile so that large items can be stored. Versatile, serving as a TV cabinet, among other uses. Qing period Hebei provinsen, 1880-1900
