Exceptional William IV Coromandel Chiffonier

About the Item

Sn4252, superior quality and truly excellent William IV coromandel cabinet probably by Gillows, having original brass gallery to top shelf which is being supported on acanthus carved and fluted columns, attractive top with carved frieze and foliate carved corners, pair of cupboard doors with brass grill and carved centre beading enclosing two adjustable shelves, flanked by pilasters with carved capitals, all raised on fluted bun feet. This antique sideboard has been sympathetically restored and it is in immaculate condition, circa 1830. Measures: H 53", H 38", W 48", D 16" H 134cm, H 97cm, W 122cm, D 41cm.
