Stunning Restored Mid Century Modern Period Hardwood Sideboard with Chrome Legs
About the Item
We are delighted to offer this stunning fully restored vintage Mid Century Modern hardwood sideboard
A very good looking well made and decorative piece with a glorious timber patina. The piece has been restored by my French Polisher, he has stripped it right back to the bare wood, bleached the Rosewood light then lightly stained and French polished it to the colour you see now, it is absolutely stunning
The piece still has its period patina marks, some light scratches etc, a little discolouration and remanets of a cup ring, the plan with this was to make it a very good example but not to look new

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
