Dutch-Style Baroque Composite Dresser, 1800s
Large, Dutch-style Baroque composite dresser, 1800s. Made of walnut. Dutch style, finely carved ball claw feet with cut-out pedestal, above a double bulbous three-puped front with beautiful gilded original handles and fittings, and a protruding corner design in the lower part. Display case top with two glazed and finely curved barred doors. Stepped head with curved profiled cornice and volute consoles for setting up Delft vases, central cartouche with two fine floral ornaments.
