19th Century French Louis Philippe Armoire
About the Item
A 19th century French Louis Philippe armoire, or wardrobe, made of solid cherry with beautiful bookmatched wood grain pattern and fine linear inlay around the perimeter of the doors. Interior provides ample storage with two shelves. Working lock and key. Chestnut as a secondary wood. Expertly crafted corner joints on the crown. Great quality and condition with minor restoration on back legs and the bottom of the back. The crown removes. Circa 1850-1870
