French, Early 19th Century Painted Cherry Armoire

An early carved cherrywood armoire coming from Bordeaux, most likely would have been a wedding present with carvings of flowers and a heart. All steel hardware in locking and working condition. This fine armoire has recently been painted to seem as an earlier finish, we love it all the same. New life and color to this fabulous armoire.
