Brvtvs Contemporary Coffee Table in Steel
About the Item
The Brvtvs coffee table is an exercise in balance and it’s inspired by the stark and geometric shapes used in the Brutalist architectural movement. Imposing and geometric, Brutalist buildings have a graphic quality that makes them very appealing, a quality that is also visible in the table.
The table consists only of round shapes and curves, and the only straight lines that exist in it arise from the extrusion of the curves. Brvtvs does not have legs and it is held in place and balanced by a steel tube that acts as a counterweight, allowing it to remain steady.
