This tree trunk table is made out of a 10 years dread iece of wood I collected from a friends yard. It is hand painted in multiple layers, carved and lacquered 20 times with high gloss varnish. Jeannerett was not the first Designer who made tree trunk tables, they are originated from the ancient making of furniture, but he was the first Artist who gave them a twist by adding brass legs. I learn out of a past that has been created for me, a foundation to build on my own work And create new pathes of art, design and everything that comes with it.
