Maison Regain Camargue Coffee Table in Elm and Ceramic - France - 1970s
About the Item
Vintage coffee table from the iconic Camargue collection by Maison Regain, designed and produced in France during the 1970s.
Crafted from solid elm, the table features the clean architectural lines and exceptional craftsmanship for which Maison Regain is renowned. The warm, richly grained wood is beautifully complemented by an inset top of handcrafted ceramic stoneware tiles, creating a harmonious balance between natural materials and sculptural simplicity.
A fine example of French organic modern design, this piece embodies the rustic elegance of the 1970s and works effortlessly in Mid-Century Modern, Brutalist, Wabi-Sabi, and Organic Modern interiors.
The table is in excellent vintage condition, with a rich natural patina and only light signs of age and use consistent with its period.
