About the Item

This is a beautiful antique George III flame mahogany demi lune console table, circa 1800 in date. It features a beautiful boxwood and ebony chequered strung inlaid top with further inner double stringing. The rear has a central inlaid boxwood fan with Fleur de Lys inlays to the edge and the frieze has a central inlaid Fleur de Lys framed by harebells and ribbons. The table is raised on elegant inlaid chamfered square tapering legs. The quality and attention to detail throughout is second to none.
