A Chinese Qing dynasty period large altar console table from the 19th century, with everted flanges and carved frieze. Born in China during the 19th century, this Qing altar console table features a rectangular planked top flanked with everted flanges, sitting above an exquisitely carved apron depicting auspicious clouds. The table is raised on four legs connected to one another on each side with a floor stretcher and accented with an upper stretcher. With its unusual size and skillfully carved decor, this Qing dynasty Chinese 19th century altar console table will bring an exotic presence to any living room, hallway or foyer.
