French Wrought Iron Art Déco Console Table with Brown-Grey Marble Top 1930s
About the Item
Graceful Art Deco console that captivates with its special leg design.
The object is designed with fine rods, all ribbed throughout. Sweeping, snail-like elements are located
in the frame of the console. The central foot is straight down and runs out with an arc and a straight end piece on the wall. Within this foot are also rounded and straight elements again.
The emphasized foot piece gives the console a certain rigor despite the rounded elements. The 1cm thick and angular marble top is grained in brown and gray tones and matches the brown iron surface very well.
The object looks loosened and light-footed and naturally elegant.
