Pair of Murano Demilune Mirror Art Deco Consoles, 1940
About the Item
Murano Art Deco console of 1940s.
All covered in mirror. The shape of the top is in demilune shape, and above it is placed a mirror of the same shape. The small band of the top is composed of small mirror inserts held up by nails with a small head in glass. The central leg is also made up of mirrored slats held by the same glass-headed nails. At the end of the leg there is a piece of wood polished in black shellac. Then again under there is a shaped top, covered in glass. Also note here, the small nail with a glass head.
Well preserved and well restored, the two consoles of 1940. The mirrors are all intact.
