Kaimana desk by Aguirre Design Dimensions: L 213.4 x W 66 x H 76.2 cm Materials: Clear solid walnut, polished cast bronze legs A modern desk with natural characteristics. Solid walnut and cast bronze pedestals. It begins with two thick, cast bronze pedestals, formed through the magic of fire. Thickest at their base, the legs are lightly treated with antique patina and polished for a raw glow. Rising up, the bronze meets the desk’s boomerang shaped hardwood surface, which is carved and smoothed from solid walnut, then finished with natural oil. Combining traditional craftsmanship and contemporary elegance, Aguirre design is an American company that creates extraordinary luxury furnishings, one-of-a-kind custom pieces, and unique décor items for the modern home. Sculptural yet functional, the collections are inspired by the Minimalist forms found in nature and use such elemental materials as wood, metal, and leather to forge a connection between rusticity and refinement, the past and the future.
