Italian, 1940s Dining Table and Six Chairs with Criss-Cross Motif
About the Item
Wonderful two-tone dark and light green dining room set comprised of a large rectangular table and six chairs, in the style of Osvaldo Borsani and Paolo Buffa.
The table features losange motifs set into the tabletop and protected by a thick glass top. The top is supported by elegant tapering S-shaped legs.
The criss-cross motif is echoed at the centre of the table base, as well as on the chair backs. The seats have been newly re-upholstered using navy and white vintage fabric and are in excellent condition.
