About the Item

A solid bleached Oak dining table by Thomas Hayes Studio, with the stretcher made of the highest grade archetectural bronze. Legs are made of solid stacked laminate Oak and are eye shaped. This particular table is in Solid Bleached Oak. This item is available for custom order only. It is available for custom order in other sizes, woods and finishes, or alternately with a glass or marble top. Lead time is 6-8 weeks; sometimes we are able to complete projects faster, so please inquire about lead time. WOOD OPTIONS: Solid Walnut, Oak, Mahogany FINISH OPTIONS: Satin Lacquer or specially formulated Hand-Rubbed Oil in a variety of custom shades. These oil finishes are flat, water proof and penetrate deeply, bonding with the upper fibers of the wood to create a silky surface that feels “finished” but looks like raw wood. Available in Blanched, Pure, Gray, Chocolate, & Charcoal. STRETCHER OPTIONS: Architectural bronze (as pictured here), chromed steel or dark bronze finished steel For any custom pieces with solid wood, we deliberately choose to use beautifully figural wood that may have some irregularities. You can expect much variation in grain and some knots, slight cracks, and small filled knot holes that are naturally occurring in the completed pieces. It is part of our aesthetic and process when making hand crafted pieces to not attempt to hide these natural irregularities that we believe make a piece more beautiful and unique.
