French 19th Century Walnut Farm Table

About the Item

This charming walnut farm table comes from the beautiful Saȏne-et-Loire department of Burgundy, France. The solid walnut presents a rich, yet warm coloration; its patinated surfaces are forgiving of scrapes and spills that will only improve the table’s overall character as time passes. This small dining table is finished with breadboard ends, comfortable for up to six guests. Muscular square legs are carved with a decorative groove just below the apron before tapering to the floor. Gently cleaned and polished with a French paste wax to maintain every feature. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
