Pierre Gautier-Delaye, set of dining table with set of six dining chairs, solid beech, France, 1950s This French dining room set is designed by Pierre Gautier-Delaye. This lovely set contains one table and six dining chairs executed in stained beechwood. The seats of the chairs are composed of two organically shaped slats with visible wood-joints on top. The same open space and round wood joints are visible in the tabletop, resulting in a coherent and harmonious whole. The set shows beautiful patina which adds to the authentic character of the pieces. Kindly note that this item is in good, used condition with some signs of use.
