Swedish 19th C. Drop-Leaf & Gate-Leg Table w/New Modern Feet- Great for Kitchen!

About the Item

A Swedish gate leg table from the 19th century with contemporary additions. This antique farmhouse style table from Sweden features a rectangular-shaped top with single drop leaf and gate leg extension at one side, and a single drawer set into the apron. The table has a newer addition of silver metal feet, and support bracing along the gate-leg frame and stretcher. The modern silver is a wonderful contrast to the patina of the old wood which has a scraped finish with remnants of the original paint. This 19th century Swedish gate-leg table would function beautifully in a kitchen where additional work space is needed. With top fully up, measures: 79.5" W.
