Pair of Mid-20th Century Hongmu End Tables
About the Item
A pair of finely crafted, custom end tables or nightstands. Made in China, circa 1950. The tables are comprised of hongmu wood, a Hardy rosewood with a rich, warm tone. They are constructed with a single shelving unit and a two-door cabinet below with a good-sized storage space. The tables are minimal in decorative features, which includes brass pulls, a beaded edge, narrow waist, and short hoof feet.
