Apologies in advance if we gush about this pair of side tables by Tove and Edvard Klindt-Larsen. To us they are perfect examples of the finest of Scandinavian design. The overall form is understated, but when one pays attention to all the subtle details, the sublime beauty really shines. The table tops are not simply rectangular slabs, but have soft curves on the ends and raised edges on both the top and bottom of the sides. They are made of solid teak joined with contrasting birch splines that are visible on the ends. The legs and stretchers have radiused corners and curved lines. The scale is perfect on either end of a sofa or next to lounge chairs. Truthfully, if we had space for these tables in our home, they would not be available for sale.
They have been expertly restored and are ready to be enjoyed.
