Extraordinary and masterfully executed music stand in the style of Wendell Castle. The architectural hand carved sculpture applies artistic principles to utilitarian objects. It is elegantly created in Ash and Cherry wood in outstanding detail. The design of the lectern is graceful yet structurally solid and strong. This design serves as a medium for intellectual and emotional expression, which is the basic element of the American Studio Craft Movement.
Condition is very good with mild wear.
