18th Century Country French Provincial Farmhouse Dining Table

About the Item

Rustic late 18th century country French provincial farmhouse dining table constructed from warm toned fruitwood. The top is rectangular crafted from three planks having breadboard ends. Supported by a trestle style base having thick tapered legs conjoined by a long stretcher and wood peg joinery. The top removes and would benefit from attaching to base as the planks are slightly bowed adding to its character and charm. Beautifully crafted with a rich, warm age patina. Ample leg room measures 24 inches from the floor to the apron.
