Custom Made Farm Table in Reclaimed White Oak Available Any Size by Old Plank

About the Item

This is an authentic copy of a 1700s French Farm Table that we produce in our Old Plank Workshop here in Chicago. The lumber for the top is reclaimed white oak and averages between 50 to 100 years old. All of the wood is naturally air dried for a minimum of 9 years to prevent cracking and shrinkage. The Country french Inspired Trestle Table bases are made from reclaimed white oak barn beams and cut from solid blocks, thus eliminating the need to glue up several thinner pieces. Our Country French Farm Table top boards are exceptionally wide and each is splined together for extra strength. Choice of length, width, finish and amount of distressing are virtually endless. We also have imported from France, cherry, walnut and ash lumber to choose from. We have several different style available and all are listed on 1stdibs. Make it your own!
