18th Century French Marquetry Bouilliotte Style Game Table

About the Item

An unusually good tric trac or game table with inlaid marquetry design of a village scene, top flips to a chess board, or can be removed to show an inset tooled leather top. Beautiful inlay work using many mixed exotic woods, burl walnut, kingwood, olive wood, and satinwood. France, mid 18th century.
