Rare and stylish little side table with a perfect working lock and key.
Faux bamboo furniture has been around since the 19th century and we have sold several pieces both at home and abroad. Most common are the wardrobes and chests of drawers, but in all our years of buying and selling antiques we had never before seen a seamstress or jewelry table. This fine specimen has the most beautiful patina and the combination of the faux bamboo and the bird's eye maple simply is to die for. This fine and modest size table also comes with both the original and perfect working lock and key. Standing as strong and stable as the day it was handcrafted well over one hundred years ago, this quality crafted table is like an ode to European furniture makers from that era. No matter where you decide to use this little antique table for and no matter where you will have her on display, a stylish and timeless antique like this will never fail to impress. Even if you would hardly ever use the interior then this stylish table is perfect for decorative purposes also. This classy table single handedly increases the class and style of the room where she is on display.
